Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Enchanted Craft website and booking services operated by Enchanted Craft, a sole trader based in Ashford, Surrey, United Kingdom. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Enchanted Craft provides bespoke nail, lash and brow services, available either mobile (within a 10-mile radius of Ashford, Surrey) or at our studio location. All services are performed by appointment only. Service descriptions, durations and prices are listed on our Services page and are subject to change.

3. Booking & Deposits

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system. A deposit of 25% of the total service price is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Booking deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

The remaining balance is payable at the time of your appointment. We accept card and cash payments.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment through your account or by contacting us directly, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show), will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting subsequent clients. In such cases, the full service fee or deposit may still be charged.

6. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, infections, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may be unsafe or unsuitable for you.

Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will be required to consent to the treatment.

7. Refunds & Complaints

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us within 7 days at hello@enchantedcraft.co.uk so we can discuss a suitable resolution.

All content on this website, including images, text and branding, is the property of Enchanted Craft and may not be reproduced without permission.
